If you’ve ever seen the science fiction movie Iron Man, you must have seen the holographic interface that was used by Tony Stark in his lab. Elon Musk and his team has figured that out in reality.
Musk has set up a system using a variety of gesture-sensing tools which allows him and his teammates to design and manipulate rocket parts virtually, using their hands. This systematic arrangement includes the Leap Motion controller to track hand gestures; 3D glasses, a free-standing glass projection and the Oculus Rift headset for the implementation of the system.
In the video posted by Musk, he says that this virtual reality workshop is important in a way to help users move something from your mind to the physical world in a better and easy manner.
